Jamal Pass - The New Route to the Snow Lake and Biafo glaciers Trek Opening up of a new route to Snow Lake/Biafo Glacier via Jamal Pass (5265m). This pass has been named Baqir Jamal,Akbar,Ali Naqi and Sher Ali the local team opened up this new
route from Hoo Valley behind Apo aligon. This is a technical passand requires use of fixed ropes on the descend where it becomes very steep. Approaching Snow Lake following a broad highway of Ice, a huge glaciated basin at 4500 meters, there could be a couple of crevasse areas where it will be necessary to rope up. Here we have the opportunity to view Biantha Brak, (7284 m), Snow Lake peak and Simkiang glacier and from the Jamal pass beautiful view of K2.

Day 01: Drive from Skardu to Hoo Valley.
Day 02: Trek to Nagnma.
Day 03: Nagnma to Sokha Spangbo.
Day 04: Sokha Spangbo to Kur Kur Spangbo.
Day 05: Kurkur Spangbo to cross Jamal Pass to Hoo brak Sokh .
Day 06: Rest day at Ho brak Sokha.
Day 07: Ho brak Sokha to Marfogoro.
Day 08: Marfogoro to Snow Lake.
Day 09: Rest Day / Free Day at Snow Lake
